       在2011年11月24日結(jié)束的第五屆亞洲埃森輪胎展上，我們很榮幸地采訪到了山東銀寶輪胎集團(tuán)銷(xiāo)售總監(jiān)張建生先生。在張總專業(yè)、細(xì)致、條理的談話中，我們深切的感受到這個(gè)企業(yè)濃厚的文化魅力。

 

      以下是我社記者與張總的采訪實(shí)錄：

      The following is the interview record of Mr Zhang with our reporters:

      張總：目前，山東銀寶輪胎集團(tuán)已經(jīng)形成全鋼載重子午線輪胎、全鋼輕卡輪胎、工程機(jī)械輪胎、特種輪胎等多個(gè)產(chǎn)品系列。銀寶輪胎的銷(xiāo)售網(wǎng)絡(luò)遍布全國(guó)，同時(shí)出口歐洲、美洲、澳洲、中東、東南亞等國(guó)家和地區(qū)。與此同時(shí)，銀寶輪胎還為中國(guó)重汽、陜汽、北汽福田等國(guó)內(nèi)著名汽車(chē)廠配套，成為唯一為廣汽日野配套的國(guó)內(nèi)輪胎品牌。在國(guó)內(nèi)外市場(chǎng)，銀寶輪胎憑借可靠的質(zhì)量、優(yōu)異的性能，贏得良好的品牌美譽(yù)度，已經(jīng)成為中國(guó)大部分地區(qū)的主導(dǎo)或者主流品牌。

       Now, Shandong Yinbao Tyre Group own a series of products including TBR,OTR and special tyres. Our sale network all over the country and exporting to Europe,Americans,Australia,the Middle East and Southeast Asia. At the same time, Yinbao mate for Sino, Shaanxi Auto heavy truck, Foton and become the only support for Guangqi Hino’s domestic tire brand. In domestic and international market,Yinbao tyre win a good brand reputation depond on the good quality and excellent performance, and Yinbao have become the leader or main stream brand in the most place of China.

       張總：最主要的有5點(diǎn)：首先，不斷加大技術(shù)投入，打造一流產(chǎn)品，這是集團(tuán)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。集團(tuán)融合法國(guó)、意大利等國(guó)家和國(guó)內(nèi)輪胎先進(jìn)制造技術(shù)，并實(shí)施技術(shù)創(chuàng)新100余項(xiàng)，培育和形成具有自身特色的輪胎制造技術(shù)，為制造高品質(zhì)產(chǎn)品提供了技術(shù)支撐。過(guò)硬的產(chǎn)品贏得了消費(fèi)者和市場(chǎng)的肯定，這是集團(tuán)健康發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。

       There are five main points: First, increasing investment in technology to create first-class product, which is the development foundation of group. Group integrate the advanced technology of France, Italy and other countries and domestic tire advanced manufacturing technology, and implement more than 100 technical innovation, nurturing and developing its own distinctive tire manufacturing technology. All of these provided technical support for manufacturing high quality products. Excellent products have won recognition of consumers and the market, which is the basis for the healthy development of the Group.

       其次，持續(xù)為客戶創(chuàng)造更大使用效益，建立有效的營(yíng)銷(xiāo)工作機(jī)制。集團(tuán)緊緊圍繞市場(chǎng)和客戶，建立規(guī)范、高效的營(yíng)銷(xiāo)流程。整個(gè)銷(xiāo)售工作健康有序。

       Second, continuing to create greater efficiency for the customer, establish an effective marketing mechanism. Group closely around the market and customers, establish standardized and efficient marketing processes. Form healthy and orderly sales order.

       張總：在采購(gòu)管理上，均采購(gòu)高質(zhì)量和穩(wěn)定性優(yōu)越的原材輔料，同時(shí)，對(duì)購(gòu)進(jìn)的每批原材輔料，批批檢驗(yàn)，不合格的不準(zhǔn)入庫(kù)上線；在設(shè)備上，集團(tuán)投巨資引進(jìn)和裝備了德國(guó)、意大利等國(guó)家生產(chǎn)的關(guān)鍵輪胎制造和檢測(cè)設(shè)備；同時(shí)引進(jìn)國(guó)內(nèi)外技術(shù)人才，打造一支高素質(zhì)技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)；此外，與“桂林橡膠工業(yè)研究院”、“北京橡膠工業(yè)研究設(shè)計(jì)院”、“青島大學(xué)”等多家科研機(jī)構(gòu)合作，不斷研發(fā)新技術(shù)；在質(zhì)量管理上，集團(tuán)以宣貫ISO9001為總抓手，倡導(dǎo)“100-1”=0質(zhì)量零缺陷、產(chǎn)品等于人品管理思想，全員、全面、全過(guò)程抓管理。特別是建立質(zhì)量追溯制度，一旦發(fā)生質(zhì)量問(wèn)題，可準(zhǔn)確追溯到原材料供應(yīng)廠家以及主手、擠壓、成型等每一道工序上的相關(guān)責(zé)任人。總之，我們從各個(gè)方面把關(guān)，確保制造出高質(zhì)量的輪胎產(chǎn)品。

       In the procurement management, we choose the raw materials with high quality and stability and check each goods and the defective goods are not allowed to enter the storehouse. On the device, Group has invested heavily in the introduction and equipment from Germany, Italy and other countries, the key to the production of tire manufacturing and testing equipment. At the same time introduces high level talent, to build a high-quality technical team. In addition, we have cooperatin with the "Guilin rubber Industry Research Institute", "Beijing rubber Industry research and Design Institute "," Qingdao University "and a number of research institutions, constantly developing new technologies. In quality management, the Group Publicizing ISO9001 as a general starting point, advocating" 100-1 "= 0 zero-defect quality, product is equal to character management thinking, strengthening management in the whole progress. Especially the establishment of quality traceability system in the event of quality problems, can be accurately traced back to raw material supplying manufacturers as well as the responsible person of main hand, extrusion, molding, etc. In short, we check all aspects to ensure producing high-quality tire products.

       張總：最主要原因是我們輪胎一流的質(zhì)量取得了他們的信任。其中，廣汽日野為了確保重卡的正式投產(chǎn)，對(duì)全國(guó)40多個(gè)輪胎品牌進(jìn)行篩選，最終選擇了我們銀寶和華南某知名輪胎品牌進(jìn)行測(cè)試。經(jīng)過(guò)日本技術(shù)人員嚴(yán)格測(cè)試，我們銀寶輪胎出色的高速行駛穩(wěn)定性、優(yōu)越的抗不規(guī)則磨損性、良好的散熱性能、優(yōu)越的抗?jié)窕阅堋?yōu)越的耐偏磨性能，整體表現(xiàn)更勝一籌。可以說(shuō)，我們是質(zhì)量取勝。

       The top quality comes first. For examle, to ensure the heavy truck putting into production on time, HINO brought out reapeated siftings among 40+ Chinese tire brands and finally confirmed YINBAO and another famous brand in South Area. But after severely testing by Janpan technical person, YINBAO tyres finally got the champion because of the high-speed stability, excellent anti-irregular tire wear, low heat generating, outstanding wet traction and advanced wearing resistance. All in all, high quality is the ensurance.

       張總：主要原因還是我們的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量過(guò)硬，產(chǎn)品耐磨、耐刺扎、省油、安全、維修費(fèi)用低、翻新再用價(jià)值高等特性，贏得了用戶的好評(píng)，得到了社會(huì)的肯定。榮譽(yù)的獲得，是對(duì)我們的肯定。這對(duì)我們品牌的提升有非常積極的作用，對(duì)用戶也產(chǎn)生了積極的影響，產(chǎn)品美譽(yù)度也讓進(jìn)一步提高。我們銀寶人一定會(huì)再接再厲，做出更好的產(chǎn)品。

       The main reason is that our tires got good customer feedback and society acknowledgment due to top tire quality, such as excellent abrasion resistance, anti-puncutring, low fuel consuming, safety, low maintain cost, high re-capping ability etc.

       張總：綜合來(lái)說(shuō)，銀寶輪胎具有5大優(yōu)越性能：首先，采用國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)技術(shù)設(shè)備，精選原材料和配方，安全；第二，高強(qiáng)度四層帶束層設(shè)計(jì)，胎體加重加強(qiáng)，鋼絲簾線加粗加密，行駛里程高，使用壽命長(zhǎng)；第三，零度帶束層設(shè)計(jì)，省油、節(jié)能、環(huán)保；第四，維修費(fèi)用低；最后，翻新再用價(jià)值高，一條頂2—3條用。
