1999年，北京首都創業集團在已有近三十年發展歷史的原北京輪胎廠的基礎上，注冊設立了全資子公司北京首創輪胎有限責任公司；2010年，北京首創輪胎有限責任公司經北京市國資委批準，在北京市工業發展的整體規劃的基礎上整建制劃轉到中國五大汽車集團之一——北京汽車集團。
        Beijing Capital Tyre Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Capital Tyre) is the wholly owned subsidiary, which was registered and established in 1999 after the reorganization of assets of the former Beijing Tyre Factory – founded in 1970 – by Beijing Capital Group.In 2010, Beijing Capital Tyre Co., Ltd.  was approved by Beijing state-owned assets supervision, transfer to one of the five automotive groups in China base on the overall planning of the whole industry development in Beijing, that is Beijing automotive group.       

       首創輪胎作為一家以研發、生產和銷售乘用、輕卡子午胎為主的國有大型一類輪胎企業，經過一次搬遷升級改造，兩次大規模投資引進國際先進設備，現已發展成為國家24家重點輪胎生產廠家之一，連續多年躋身世界輪胎75強之列，綜合經濟實力在我國輪胎行業中列15位，半鋼子午胎前5名。目前總資產15.94億元，年生產能力為500萬條，相應產值可達10億元。公司注冊資本為29553.8萬元人民幣。

Capital Tyre mainly researches, produces and sells semi-steel redial tire and bias tire including PCR, LTR and OTR etc. Capital Tyre has kept in top 75 for many years, and economic capability is in top 15, and production capability is in top 5. At present the total assets is 1.594 billion RMB, the annual production capacity is 5 million pieces and the corresponding value can reach 1 billion yuan.The company registered capital is 295.538 million yuan. 

      北京首創輪胎有限責任公司在投資建設上不惜成本，從“七五”到“十一五”，北京首創輪胎先后兩次大規模巨資引進世界先進設備，年生產能力從30萬條提升到500萬條，并在北京房山建設了總資產5.7億元，占地面積285畝，建筑面積約13萬平方米的新工廠，年銷售收入達10億元。

      Beijing capital tire Co., LTD invest huge cash in construction, from “Seventh Five-Year” to the Tenth Five-Year period, Beijing capital tire introduced the world advanced equipment with huge cash in the two times, improved the annual production capacity from 300,000 to 5 million, constructed the total assets of 570 million RMB in Beijing fang shan , covering 285 mu in area, and building area is about 130,000 square meters new factory, the yearly sales income is 1 billion RMB.

       首創的發展一方面是憑借了意大利PIRELLI公司子午胎生產技術及關鍵設備、荷蘭VMI成型機、韓國三鼓一次法成型機、美國均勻性及動平衡實驗機等國際先進設備的引進；另一方面，首創在生產過程中采用最先進的鋼絲圈熱貼、成型冷貼、零束帶纏繞等新工藝，將三維有限元分析技術運用到產品設計中，現已能自主開發并設計生產符合歐洲ECE、美國DOT標準的任何產品，并研發出了系列低斷面高速半鋼子午胎，產品均已達到國際水平，并且在原材料的國產化、產品開發周期、產品性能上，首創均處在國內領先者的地位。現在，首創已經具備了大部分關鍵生產設備的設計、制造、組裝調試和對外成套輸出的能力，可以用最快的速度、最小的投入達到最大的生產規模。
       Our company introduced production technology of radial tire and key equipments from PIRELLI in Italy at early time and newly imported many global advanced installments, such as single stage building machines from VMI in Holland and Woosen in Korea, experiment machine for homogeneity and dynamic balance from the USA and etc. In the meanwhile, our company adopts the most advanced craft in manufacturing process, such as bead hot sticking, assembly cool sticking and Zero-belt winding, practices the technology of three-dimension analysis in production design ,and owns the ability to independently develop, design and manufacture all the production meeting the standard of ECE and DOT. We have developed series of high speed semi-steel radial tires with low section (data: rim12-24inches, speed grade T-Y, section width 135-330mm, height to width aspect ratio 30-58 series), which are all in international level. Our tires are the lead in raw material localization, development cycle and production performance. In addition, we have already been able to design, make, assemble, adjust and offer in set most part of the key production facilities in highest speed and at minimum cost reaching maximum production scale.
